- Purpose of the Treatment: Cusco Navel Agency collects and processes the personal data of the customers with the sole purpose of manage bookings, provide tourism services and offer special promotions in connection with our services.
- Confidentiality and Security: The agency guarantees that all personal data will be treated in a confidential manner, in accordance with the Ley N° 29733 of Protection of Personal Data in Peruimplementing technical and organisational measures to protect them against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
- Rights of the Data Owner: Customers have the right to to access, to rectify, update and request removal your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, you must send a formal request our customer care team.
- Sharing of Data: Cusco Navel Agency does not share personal information with third parties, except where necessary for the provision of the contracted services, including the coordination with external suppliers (e.g. transport or accommodation). In these cases, just share the data strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the service.
